If you’re surprised that your suitcase didn’t come with a key, don’t worry, that’s completely normal.
Our suitcases are equipped with a TSA lock, a system introduced after the events of September 11.
Only American customs officers (and customs officers in a few other countries) have a master key that allows them to open suitcases for inspection without damaging them.
To open your suitcase, enter the default code 000 and gently pull the latch.
If it seems stuck, simply check that the numbers are properly aligned.
To change your code, press the small reset button (circled in blue in the photos below), choose your new combination, then release the button.
