Why do we operate exclusively by email?

We do not offer phone assistance. This is a deliberate choice:

  • it allows us to process requests more quickly,

  • to accurately verify the information related to your order,

  • to review your history,

  • and to provide a complete and reliable response from the very first reply.

Phone calls often lead to incomplete conversations, inaccurate information, and longer processing times. Handling requests in writing avoids these issues and ensures clear follow-up.
 

Response time

We generally reply within 24 hours on weekdays.

There is no need to send multiple messages: this does not move your request up in the queue, on the contrary, it slows down processing. One message is enough, and we will get back to you as soon as your request reaches us.

Our team reads and answers each request individually. If we need additional information, we will ask you directly.
