Cabaia is an adventure that started in 2015 in France, with no perfect plan or polished business model, just the desire to create something different, straight from the heart.

Today, the team has grown, but the spirit remains the same.

We come from everywhere (Italy, Brazil, Germany, Morocco…) and many other backgrounds. And it’s this mix that makes us strong. No copy-paste backgrounds, just a real, diverse, tight-knit team moving forward together.

We often describe ourselves as a bunch of highly motivated misfits. Not to sound cute, but because we’ve never tried to play a role. We do things our own way, with sincerity, always a touch of humor… and a whole lot of passion.

Today, there are about 130 of us at headquarters in Paris, and if you count our store teams in France and across Europe, nearly 350 people carry the Cabaia adventure forward every day.

From our very first beanies with interchangeable pompoms to our bags designed to make everyday life easier, our mission has never changed: “Bring a dose of happiness and practicality to your daily adventures.”

We stay simple, human, and deeply convinced of one thing: “The best happens when we do it together.”
