When your warranty claim is approved, we ask you to send back the defective bag. This return is not just a formality: it allows us to ensure a responsible, zero-waste approach.

Sorting and diagnosis

When they arrive, the bags are sent directly to our workshop.
Our seamstresses sort them to determine whether each product can be repaired or whether it needs to be dismantled.

Repairable bags: refurbishment

When a bag is still in good condition and repairable, it is fully refurbished in our workshop.
It gets a second life and then joins our stores, where it is resold through a controlled circuit.

Bags that are too damaged: material transformation

If a bag is too damaged to be repaired, it is dismantled and then destroyed in a controlled process.
We work with a specialized partner who transforms these materials into resources used to manufacture urban furniture: public benches, outdoor equipment, children’s play structures, and more.

A committed approach

This process helps us avoid waste and give value to every product, whether repairable or not.
No bag ends up in the trash: every return is either refurbished or transformed for new uses.
