Unlike some brands that rely on a network of partner seamstresses or repairers, we do not work with affiliated repair partners across France.
All possible repairs are centralized in our in-house workshop, which specializes in CABAIA products.
If your product is defective
In case of a defect, we invite you to submit a warranty claim HERE.
If the warranty is approved, we will proceed with a full replacement by a brand new item.
The returned product is then handled by our workshop to be refurbished or processed depending on its condition.
If the warranty is refused
If your warranty claim is not eligible but you still want your bag to be repaired, we can review the situation.
We will first assess whether the repair is feasible with our workshop.
If the repair is possible, we will send you an invoice for the actual cost of the service.
The repair is then carried out directly by our team.
