All our products come with a lifetime warranty, except for textile items (towels, socks, etc.).

This warranty covers defects related to manufacturing and materials, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Below you’ll find an overview of what is covered and what is not.
 

What the warranty covers

• Defective stitching: torn straps, seams coming apart, zipper stitching coming undone, detached straps.

• Structural issues: faulty snap buttons, bent frame due to a defect, broken elastic, broken zipper pull, fabric length defect at seam level.
   

What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear (fabric wearing out, discoloration, time-related abrasion).

• Accidents or damage caused by a third party.

• Cuts in the fabric, stains, burns.

• Worn-out bottom of the bag.

• Scratches on snaps, zippers, or faux leather elements.

• Fabric issues located anywhere other than at the seams.

• Products purchased second-hand (not covered by the commercial warranty).

• Repairs done by a third party that alter the structure or functionality of the product.
   

Proof of purchase

A proof of purchase is required to activate the warranty.
Registering the product on our website does not count as proof of purchase.
