If your CABAIA product has a defect covered by our warranty, you can submit a claim in just a few minutes. We also handle all warranty claims for purchases made from authorized retailers.

You can fill out our warranty form directly on our website. Once your claim has been submitted, our team will review it and get back to you with the appropriate solution.

Proof of purchase  

Proof of purchase is required to activate the warranty, whether the product was purchased online, in a CABAIA store, or from a retailer.

Warranty conditions 

A digital receipt or invoice provided by your retailer is perfectly valid. Registering your bag on our website is not considered proof of purchase.
