When your warranty claim is approved, we ask you to return the defective bag to us. This return is not a formality: it allows us to ensure a responsible, zero-waste approach.
Sorting and inspection
Once received, the bags are sent directly to our workshop.
Our seamstresses sort them to determine whether each product can be repaired or must be discarded.
Repairable bags: refurbishment
When a bag is still in good condition and can be repaired, it is fully refurbished in our workshop.
It is given a second life and then sent back to our stores, where it is resold through a controlled channel.
Bags too damaged: material recycling
If a bag is too damaged to be repaired, it is dismantled and then destroyed under controlled conditions.
We work with a specialized partner who transforms these materials into resources used to manufacture urban furniture: public benches, outdoor equipment, or children’s playground structures.
A committed approach
This process allows us to avoid waste and give value to every product, whether it can be repaired or not. No bag goes to waste: each returned item is either refurbished or transformed for new uses.
