• an instruction guide to help you with the repair.

Other products

For our bags and accessories, we do not provide spare parts intended for customer repairs.

If your product has a defect, we invite you to submit a warranty claim HERE.
If approved, we will proceed with a full replacement of the product.

The defective product is then refurbished or processed in our workshop depending on its condition.
