If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow the steps below:


1️⃣ Wait 24 hours

In some cases, a delivery status may update incorrectly. This means the parcel may arrive within the next 24 hours.
It also happens that a carrier scans the parcel as “delivered” at the start of their route, even though the actual delivery will occur a few hours later.

 

2️⃣ Ask the people around you

Delivery drivers sometimes leave parcels with building managers, neighbours, or reception desks.
If you live in an apartment building, consider asking around or leaving a note in your entrance hall.

 

3️⃣ Check if the parcel was delivered to a pickup point

If you were not home during delivery, the parcel may have been redirected to a nearby pickup point.
In that case, the pickup point’s address will appear on your tracking page.

 

4️⃣ Contact the carrier directly

If your parcel is still missing after completing the previous steps, please contact the carrier responsible for the delivery.

 

5️⃣ Contact us

If, despite your efforts and your discussions with the carrier, your parcel cannot be located, please reach out to our customer service through our contact form.
