When you choose delivery to a locker or a pickup point, you have between 5 and 14 business days (depending on the carrier) to collect your parcel.

This time limit is set by the carriers and cannot be extended.

Once the deadline has passed (as communicated by email depending on your carrier), the parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse.
Upon receipt, we will proceed with a refund of your order.

We are unable to ask a pickup point or a carrier to hold your parcel longer than the official time limits.
