You can submit a request to update your delivery address by contacting our customer service team.

Please make sure to include the full address you would like your order to be delivered to. We will then request an address change with the carrier.

Important: we cannot guarantee that the change will be successful. Processing an address modification with the carrier can sometimes take longer than the delivery itself.

 

A few things to reassure you:

  • If there is a small typo in the postal code or city name, carriers usually manage to interpret the correct delivery location.

  • If you entered the wrong house number, you can leave a note for your neighbour to let them know a beautiful CABAIA parcel might be arriving for them in the next few days.

  • If the carrier is missing too much information to deliver your parcel, it will be dropped off at the nearest pickup point. You will receive an email confirming the exact location.

  • In some cases, delivery to a pickup point isn’t possible. The order will then be returned to us and refunded.
