You have 30 minutes after confirming your order to cancel it from your customer account, in the “Your Orders” section.
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible: the order immediately moves into preparation at our warehouse. Cancelling it would require stopping our entire logistics chain, which is not feasible, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
If delivery is scheduled to a pickup point, simply do not collect the parcel. It will be automatically returned to us after 5 working days, and you will be refunded within 7 working days after we receive it.
If delivery is scheduled to your home, you can refuse the parcel when it is delivered, or return it to us free of charge using the return label available in your customer account.
Changes to orders (product changes, address modifications, quantity adjustments, etc.) are not possible.
