If you are not at home when the delivery driver comes by, several situations may occur:
A new delivery attempt
The carrier may decide to reschedule a delivery and come back within 24 hours.
Drop-off at a pickup point
Your parcel may be dropped off at the pickup point closest to your address.
In this case, you have a few days to collect it, with a valid ID.
Automatic return to our warehouse
Sometimes the carrier chooses to return the parcel directly to our warehouse without leaving it at a pickup point.
When this happens, your order is automatically refunded as soon as the parcel is returned to us.
These steps depend on the carrier and cannot be changed once the delivery process has begun.
