Preparation and delivery times

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes an average of 3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
So, for example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, processing will begin on Monday.
It is therefore normal not to receive anything before the following Monday or Tuesday.

Tracking email not received

You automatically receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

If you can't find the email:

• check your spam folder,

• make sure the email address you provided when ordering is correct.

It’s quite common for a typo to prevent emails from being delivered.
If this happens, simply contact us:

• we will correct your email address,

• and resend the confirmations along with the tracking link.

If you still haven’t received anything after 3 business days, contact us and we will provide the tracking information.
