You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product.

It must be new, with its tags, and in a resellable condition. Please respect these conditions to ensure proper restocking.

The return label is available directly from your customer account. You simply need to download it and drop off the parcel at the designated collection point.

⚠️ If your product is defective upon delivery, do not return it without notifying us: it may be restocked by mistake. In this case, please contact us via this form before sending anything back.

Returns are free for mainland France and the EU zone.

Outside these areas, you won’t be able to download a return label. You will need to ship your order to the address below and include the printed invoice so we can identify your order and process your refund correctly:
