Purchases made on our website cannot be exchanged. They can only be refunded when you return the item.

 

Why are exchanges not available online?

Managing exchanges in e-commerce requires tracking each return individually, checking which item should replace which, monitoring stock levels in real time, and then creating a new shipment.
This process would significantly complicate our systems and slow down the handling of returns.

This is why we do not offer exchanges for online purchases and instead choose a simple and fast system:

  • the returned item is checked and put back into stock,

  • your purchase is refunded,

  • you are free to place a new order for the product of your choice.

 

If you are worried about an item going out of stock

If you really want another product and are afraid it may sell out during the return process, you can buy it immediately.

Your original return will be refunded according to our usual conditions, regardless of this new order.

 

For in-store purchases:

Exchanges are still possible for purchases made in our stores. Refunds, however, cannot be processed in store.
