If a product doesn’t suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is new and has its original tags.

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the payment method used for the purchase.

For purchases made with a gift card, the card will be credited and you will be able to use it again.

If you return a product following a warranty request, you will receive an email with a new code.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
