What should you do if an item is missing from your order?

Take a photo of your parcel:

Before anything else, please take photos of your parcel exactly as you received it. Make sure to capture several angles so we can clearly understand the situation. Clear, well-lit images will help us process your request more efficiently.

You won’t be able to attach photos to your first email—don’t worry, we will ask for them in a second step.

 

What happens next?

Once we receive your message, our customer service team will take charge of your request.
We will check whether the issue is due to a packing mistake or if the parcel was damaged during shipping.

If the parcel was left outside your home or in a mailbox and items were stolen, we will guide you through all the necessary steps.
