For in-store purchases:
Returns can only be made in store and result in an exchange. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
For online purchases:
Return requests must be submitted through our website. The refund will be processed once the product has been received and inspected. Online purchases cannot be returned in store.
During the quality check, we verify that the item is new, unused, and still has all its original tags.
If this is not the case, we cannot issue a refund and the product will be automatically sent back to the sender.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
On your bank statement, the refund will appear as: “CARTE XXXXX CABAIA.FR”
Initial shipping fees are not refundable.

The gift card will be re-credited.
Purchase made with a warranty code:
The code will be reactivated by our customer service team, who will notify you by email.
