Eligible period

For any purchase made between November 3 and December 31, you have until January 15 to return your item.

Purchases made on the website

Returns are refunded only to the original payment method.

If you received an item as a gift, we are unable to issue a bank transfer or refund a different person. You will need to arrange directly with the person who gave you the gift.

Purchases made in stores

Exchanges are possible until January 15.

No refunds in store. Exchanges only.

A receipt is required to make an exchange.
